These Terms of Service govern your use of Recippa. By using Recippa, you agree to these terms.
Use of Recippa
Recippa helps users turn food photos, recipe images, screenshots, handwritten notes, cookbook pages, links, and text into editable recipe drafts. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before cooking or relying on it.
AI-Generated Content
Recippa uses AI-assisted features. AI results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your needs. Always review ingredients, quantities, allergens, dietary restrictions, cooking temperatures, cooking times, food safety information, and doneness before preparing or eating any recipe.
Health and Nutrition
Nutrition estimates are approximate and are not medical, dietary, or professional health advice. Consult a qualified professional for medical, allergy, nutrition, or dietary concerns.
Subscriptions
Recippa operates on a premium subscription model. Premium features may require an active subscription.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
Apple Standard EULA
Recippa uses Apple's standard End User License Agreement unless a separate written agreement applies.
User Content
You are responsible for the photos, text, links, recipes, and other content you add to Recippa. You must have the rights or permission needed to use that content.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Recippa to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, upload harmful content, misuse AI systems, interfere with the app, or attempt unauthorized access to services.
Third-Party Services
Recippa may rely on third-party services for AI processing, subscriptions, infrastructure, diagnostics, or support. Use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
Limitation of Liability
Recippa is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Recippa is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the app, generated recipes, cooking outcomes, purchases, or third-party services.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Recippa after changes means you accept the updated terms.
